Our story
Most monitoring tools were built for companies with dedicated SRE teams, unlimited cloud budgets, and the time to write alert rules from scratch. The traditional options -- Datadog, New Relic, Grafana and Prometheus -- are powerful if you have a team to operate them. For everyone else, they are a second infrastructure job disguised as a product.
MoniShield was founded to close that gap: a monitoring platform that is fully managed from day one, priced for real engineering teams, and built with the compliance needs of regulated industries at its core -- not as an add-on tier. We started in Latin America because that is where the gap was most visible.
