Information you provide: when you book a demo or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company name (optional), and the contents of your message.

Service data: if you become a customer, we process the infrastructure telemetry your agents send us (metrics, logs, alerts, and related metadata) solely to provide the monitoring service. This telemetry is your data; we act as a processor on your behalf.

Automatically collected data: like most websites, we collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, and device information, including via cookies and similar technologies.

To respond to demo requests and inquiries, provide and operate the monitoring service, send service and account communications, improve our website and product, ensure security and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your infrastructure telemetry for advertising or to train models for other customers.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract (providing the service), legitimate interests (operating and securing our business, responding to inquiries), consent (where required, e.g. certain cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.

We share data with service providers (subprocessors) who help us operate — for example cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics — under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
