Z-Score: statistical outlier detection
Flags metric values that fall outside your infrastructure's rolling statistical norm. No manual training period - baselines form within the first 24 hours and sharpen continuously as patterns stabilize.
ARIMA: time-series forecasting
Models the historical rhythm of CPU load, memory growth, and throughput to extrapolate forward. Catches gradual drift - memory leaks, disk fill, growing queues - hours before they reach crisis.
Isolation Forest: multi-dimensional anomalies
Identifies hosts that are statistically isolated from the rest of your fleet. Catches failure patterns that no individual threshold would surface - unusual cross-metric combinations that humans rarely notice in time.
